After you have submitted your form online, we suggest that you end your browser session (log out) before leaving your computer. We must list contributions of $100 or more on public disclosure filings periodically with your contact information, occupation, and the amount you contributed. Campaign contributions are not tax deductible.

VOLUNTEERING AND ENDORSEMENTS:

If you have chosen to fill out the online volunteer remit form, and/or have chosen to lend your name and/or time to the campaign, we will keep your contact information and use it only for communication with you regarding your particular areas of interest and availability. As an endorser, you are agreeing that Dave Cortese's campaign for Santa Clara County Supervisor 2008 can use your name on printed materials including advertisements and brochures, as a supporter. We do not sell or lend our lists to any other candidate or organization.

If we feel that a particular campaign update, event, or volunteer opportunity may be of interest to you, we may occasionally contact you at your e-mail address to inform you. You can ask not to receive further contact by opting out.
